So… what happens if you don’t shower for 7 days? Day 1. Your skin starts collecting sweat, oil, and bacteria. Day 3. That bacteria begins multiplying… fast. Your body starts smelling… really bad. Day 5. Dead skin cells and germs build up, and people around you will definitely notice. Day 7. Your skin can start developing infections, rashes, and irritation. So yeah… skipping a shower once might be fine. But 7 days? Your body will definitely regret it.
