TTS.ai provides AI-powered voice and audio tools including text-to-speech generation, speech transcription, voice cloning, audio enhancement, stem separation, and other audio processing capabilities. The Service operates on a credits-based billing system. Credits are consumed when you use paid features. Some tools (audio converter, key/BPM finder, voice recorder) are free and do not require credits.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. API keys are tied to your account and must not be shared publicly. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
4. Credits and Billing
Credits are the currency used to access paid features on TTS.ai.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Purchased credits never expire
- Subscription credits are added monthly on your billing date
- Credits are deducted at the time of use based on the operation type and model tier
- Failed operations do not consume credits

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that impersonates real individuals without their consent
- Create deepfake audio for fraud, deception, or harassment
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
- Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Voice Cloning Ethics
Voice cloning features require that you have the right or consent to clone any voice. You must only clone voices of individuals who have given explicit permission, or use publicly available voice samples where permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to clone any voice. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to and generate through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated audio, transcriptions, or other outputs. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Generated audio is automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
