Counter Staff Module — How It Works In a travel agency, counter staff are the people who actually book tickets for customers. They work with multiple booking systems — known in the industry as GDS platforms — such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, WorldSpan, and Farelogix. Each of these systems identifies a staff member by a unique code. The Counter Staff module is where the agency sets up and manages these staff profiles — a central directory of everyone who books tickets, along with all their ident
