The study aims to improve the adoption of rice technologies and the commercialization of rice-based food products in Davao del Sur, promoting inclusive growth for micro and small entrepreneurs.
Specifically, it seeks to identify value chain actors, document their roles, analyze external influences, map the value chain, and conduct a SWOT analysis for each actor.
