I learned a lot from my previous company. I also had a good experience working in Japan. But I decided to return to Vietnam to stay closer to my family and build my long-term career here. Now I am looking for a new opportunity with more responsibility in workshop management. I want to apply what I learned in an international environment in Vietnam.
