The View tab allows you to see your document in different ways. You can choose how the document appears on your screen, depending on your needs. For example, you can use Print Layout to see how the document will look when printed. You can use Read Mode for full-screen reading. You can also view the document as a web page, in Web Layout. If you want to organize your content, you can use Outline View. And finally, Draft Mode shows a simpler version of the document, with fewer details.
