“I wish I never opened this message…” I was home alone. My parents were away, and I had the whole house to myself. It was 2:47 AM, and I was sitting in my room playing… everything felt normal. Until I heard something above me. A faint… scratching sound. I froze. It sounded like something was being dragged across the floor. I took off my headphones. Silence. I laughed to myself, thinking I was just imagining it— but right as I put my headphones back on… BANG This time it was louder, a
