I believe TV can be classified as the proto internet. I see many parallels with how people accessed content back when TV was more popular and with how people access content on computers. With how content providers from both TV and the internet challenge piracy and vice versa, it shows how significant the technical aspects are with defining the landscape for electronic media. The real difference between TV networks and computer networks is the technological difference, where computers are more ad
