Independent Contractor You agree and acknowledge that you are providing the Labeling Services solely as an independent contractor of Company and nothing in these Terms will be construed to make you an agent, employee, joint venturer, partner or legal representative of Company, nor shall you be entitled to participate in any plans of Company or its affiliates pertaining to any benefits provided to employees of Company. You are solely responsible for any expenses you incur in the course of per
