Situation: During my Learning and Talent Development course, I worked on a project focused on improving employee performance in Batelco. Task: My responsibility was to contribute to analyzing the organization’s needs and help ensure the project was well-structured and completed successfully within the deadline. Action: I participated in conducting research, applying HR tools such as training needs analysis, and organiz
