China's dynasties rose, fell, and then rose. Japan was sometimes in a state of peace and sometimes of war. Africa was constantly in instability and chaos. Then by the 1900s, everything changed. Technology changed the world. Railways, steamships, telegraphs, airplanes, machine guns, and finally nuclear weapons showed what the world can do and how dangerous it is. The world had now become a global village. and the power of the army now increased on the marching forces on the open fields and on in
