Someone who is always there for others. Listening, giving, stepping in. From the outside, they are the go-to person. The reliable and helpful one. But over time, they become exhausted, withdrawn, and quietly depleted. Sometimes there is a quiet signal like something feels off, feels too much, and out of kindness or obligation, we override that emotional and body signal. And only later do we realise that Helping without clarity and discernment of ourselves, can become a way we abandon o
