Ośarswan, Scarecrow, was a moniker given to the infamous unknown who roamed the realm of Rejiseā at an impossible speed. Known by all who explored the planes at length—whether it be merchants, pirates, or soldiers—they were said to be something that wasn't of the common people. Some even dared to call them a masakhō or some yet-to-be-discovered monster, terrifying as either was [to think about]. The rest merely brushed [them] off as the urban legend with the same name.
