Many people think addiction means drugs only. But, addiction is not always alcohol or hard drugs. Sometimes it’s like that phone you can’t put down. A screen you check every minute. Addiction is a habit you swear you’ll stop tomorrow. But, you don’t. You said it was just stress relief after work. One drink became every night. One video became 10. One of the strangest things about addiction is this: People often keep doing it, even when it stops feeling good.
