P-O-V. It is late. You are in your room. The door is locked. And for the third time today, you are thinking about doing it. Afterward, maybe you feel great. Or maybe you feel that weird, heavy wave of guilt... like you are doing something "wrong" or "dirty." But let’s keep it one-hundred. Almost everyone is doing it, yet nobody is talking about the actual medical side of it—especially for us, the generation growing up with a supercomputer in our pockets. Today, we are deleting the awkwardnes
