: I haven’t had the chance to work with older people, mainly because of the nature of my work. As a director of music festivals, I lead a really dynamic and youthful environment, so older generations don’t often cross my path. In fact, I lead a hectic existence, constantly juggling multiple projects, and that leaves little room to engage with older people professionally. However, I do think it’s really insightful to interact across generations, and if the opportunity arises in the future, I’d be
