Spodzielny dźwięk

The bolt struck wood with a sharp crack. Not enough to expose them fully— But enough to cause shouting and confusion. “Go!” Sam whispered. They burst out the back of the hut and into the bush, running hard as voices erupted behind them. Branches whipped past their faces. Footsteps followed. But the forest swallowed them quickly. And soon… Only the sound of their breathing remained.
