A few months ago, when we started mapping end-to-end data flows in Signavio, we didn’t just document data flows. We changed the way we see data. Before that, each team had its own view. Often in PowerPoint. Different diagrams. Different interpretations. Useful, yes. But fragmented. And without the ability to quickly see what really mattered. Then Signavio introduced something different. One shared way of representing reality. Structured. Connected. Visible to everyone. And that change
