Fredrick Seeley’s AT&T UID (FS1943) was deactivated due to having two different email addresses associated with his account, causing issues in SaraPlus/B2B portal. To resolve it quickly, the team needs one matching email across systems. Two options were proposed: Change the UID email to freddieseeley0@gmail.com (takes ~7 days to process), or Update SaraPlus to fseeley120@gmail.com (can be completed by end of day). The decision was made to switch the email to get the UID active ASAP, with a re
