In 2001, President George W. Bush began to realize Cebrowski’s theory immediately after taking office. NCW was the theoretical core of the transformation of the US military at the time. In the course of this reorganization, the United States entered into the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. However, in these two wars, NCW was not always successful. One of the factors was information overload and inadequate information processing capability. During the wars, US military command centers located in Ku
