Dinner was a feast of mountain greens and garden-fresh veggies. Kencho and Beatrix couldn't stop stuffing their faces. Since this village is basically cut off during winter anyway, the locals are masters of survival, living off the land long before the world ended. The blocked tunnel didn't bother them one bit. Turns out, the "geeks" in that tunnel were city folk who flocked here for safety, but one infected person turned the whole crowd. The villagers had no choice but to seal them in. With the
