The husband of one of the women my partner was cheating with called me at work. At first, I didn’t believe him. I hung up immediately. It didn’t make sense — how could the man I had spent the last 8 years with, the father of my two beautiful children, the man I had shared both love and unimaginable loss with, do something so cruel? Still, something inside me wouldn’t let it go. There was already history. He had cheated in past relationships, and early in ours I had already suspected something
