Bees are small animals that help plants grow. When a bee goes to a flower to drink nectar, pollen sticks to its body. As the bee moves to another flower, it carries the pollen with it. This helps the plants make seeds and grow new plants. This process is called pollination. Nectar is a sweet juice in the flower which is a food for some insects. Pollen is a yellow powder on the flower.
