For sentiment analysis, select the relevant object or aspect from the dropdown list. Click on it, and then choose the appropriate sentiment. We use the following color coding: green for positive sentiment, red for negative, and grey for neutral. Please note that multi-sentiment is also supported. This means you can assign different sentiments to the same object within a single message. For example - “an interesting movie, but too long.”
