Lesson seven. Cross-cultural connection. How trust is actually built. Connection has three levels. Cognitive. Emotional. Behavioral. Cognitive means people understand each other. Emotional means people feel safe, respected, and connected. Behavioral means people know how to work together in practice. Most leaders stop at cognitive connection. They explain the strategy, present the plan, and assume understanding leads to action. But people do not move because they understand alone. They
