Shared Audio

This tangible VR book tells the story of Fullagar, the world’s first fully welded ship. Many ship documents are preserved in the archives of the Lloyd’s Register Foundation, valuable, but not easy to come across or browse. This project presents them in an interactive narrative, creating an engaging experience. Using a physical book, a smartphone, and a simple VR headset, you can enter a VR experience with audio narration, ship plans, survey reports, letters, animated maps, videos, and 3D model
