I work in HR and I've seen a lot of weird stuff over the years but what happened two days ago is genuinely in a league of its own and I needed to tell someone. So we had a candidate coming in for an entry level marketing position, mid twenties, seemed fine on paper. He shows up and there's a guy with him who I assumed was maybe just a ride or waiting in the lobby or something, but..nope. They both walk up to the reception desk together and the dad, and yes, as you may have guessed from the titl
