Finally, proceed to the Correction Information section. Provide the Reason/Remarks for the correction, then upload all required supporting documents, including Valid ID, Transcript of Records, Affidavit, Pictures, and Other relevant documents. After completing all uploads, click Submit Correction for review and processing.
