Dr. Nakamura, My performance this semester has not met the standard that I hold myself to, and more importantly, has not met the commitment I made to you when I joined the group earlier this year. Because of this, I intend to withdraw from the projects credits for this semester unless you'd advise otherwise. Between my course load and work obligations, I've been stretched too thin to contribute to the group or make meaningful progress on my individual work and therefore think that maintaining
