During her daily tour, she noticed a strong smell of cleaning agents in the kitchen and observed staff handling them without proper (masks and gloves) and without adequate precautions during working hours. She recommended always using appropriate Mask and ensuring cleaning agents are handled in well-ventilated areas, preferably after working
