Write down something bad that happened to you… wait a few months… then try to remember it. Now here’s the crazy part… When you go back to read it later… it won’t feel like your memory anymore. It will feel like you’re reading someone else’s story. And your brain? It starts filling the gaps by itself. For example… Maybe you wrote: “Someone insulted me in class.” But months later, you remember it like: They didn’t just insult you… they embarrassed you in front of the whole school, everyone laughed
