Hi... my name is Alex. I’m trying to have a spring reset... but something is wrong. I usually sleep... five hours a night. That is not enough sleep. After school... I spend a lot of time on my phone. Sometimes... four or five hours a day. That is too much time. I don’t go outside very often... maybe once a week. I don’t exercise regularly. I prefer staying at home... and listening to music. I drink coffee... but I don’t drink much water. Now... I often feel tired... and stressed.
