Last week a woman called me literally crying. She said her goods arrived damaged. Scattered. Some things missing. And she had already paid the customer. I asked her a few questions and within two minutes I knew exactly what went wrong. She made the same mistakes I see business owners make every single week. The first thing she did was go for the cheapest option. I understand — naira is suffering, everybody is managing. But that five thousand naira she saved? She lost fifty thousand in damaged
