Jake was home alone at night. Rain was hitting the windows. Suddenly his phone buzzed. It was a message from his mom: “Don’t open the door.” Jake was confused because his mom was sleeping upstairs. Then someone knocked on the door. A voice said, “Jake, open the door. It’s Mom.” His phone buzzed again. Another message came: “I’m hiding in your room. Don’t make a sound.” Jake slowly turned around and saw his closet door slowly opening. 😨
