Narrator: Every year, some "expert" food site releases a ranking of the world’s best cuisines. And every year, it’s the same thing. Italy at number one. France in the top five. Maybe Japan if they’re feeling adventurous. ​But I’m going to tell you something those rankings get wrong. They mistake "simplicity" for "superiority."
