"To complete our analysis of Zone A's future distributions, we calculate the interactions between Zone A and Zone D. Following the established Fratar Method protocol, we must once again evaluate the flow from both directions to reach a balanced average. First, we calculate T {A D}, the trips originating in A and destined for D. We take Zone A's projected production of 720 trips (which is 600 times 1.2) and determine D's share by weighting the current 100 trips by D's growth factor of 1.3. This
