Dear Manager, I would appreciate it if you could improve customer services at your restaurant. During our recent experience, we encountered problems that affected our overall experience. Specifically, the food that was served to us was cold, and it took a long time for the staff to respond to our requests. We noticed several issues that should be improved during our visit. Because of these issues, our overall experience was somewhat disappointing. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, an
