Long ago, in a great and powerful kingdom, there lived a man named Daniel. Daniel was not born in this kingdom. Many years earlier, he had been taken from his homeland and brought to live in Babylon. Life had not always been easy for him. He had seen many kings come and go. He had watched kingdoms rise and fall. But through it all, Daniel stayed faithful to God.
