Hello, this is John Chow from Telco Industries. I received a statement in the mail yesterday for our water delivery. Umm, there must be some sort of mistake because the statement says that our company owes $400. I’m not sure what the problem is, but this amount is almost double what we paid last month. I can’t imagine that we’ve consumed double the amount of water as we did last month. In fact, it seems nearly impossible. I checked our records and it looks like our order is fairly consistent eac
