The night is quiet. You walk slowly on soft sand. The water moves gently at your feet… small waves rolling in… then back out… The moon shines above, reflecting softly on the water. Its light glimmers on the waves… calm and steady. The breeze touches your face… soft and cool… brushing your hair and arms. It makes you feel alive… but also calm. You hear the faint sound of the ocean… steady, gentle… soothing… like it’s breathing with you. You stop for a moment… feeling the sand under your toes
