It started as a whisper. Not loud. Not clear. Just… there. At first, I thought it was my own thoughts—one of those random inner voices everyone has. You know the kind. The one that tells you what to say, what to do, what not to forget. But this was different. This voice didn’t feel like me. It began on a normal day. I was sitting alone, scrolling through my phone, when I suddenly heard it: “Don’t reply to that message.” I paused.
