When attaching two reagent vials, no clamps on valve 3 should be closed. Following best practices, hold the first reagent vial in your hand with the spike adapter oriented downward. Insert the spike into the vial and twist slightly to ensure it is fully seated. Once attached, place the reagent onto the CentraCult Unit. Repeat the same procedure for the second reagent vial.
