1. Self Introduction Good afternoon Sir/Ma’am, First of all, thank you for giving me this opportunity. My name is Ajay Tandia. I am a graduate and also hold a diploma in Computer Applications. I have more than 8 years of experience in tea production, manufacturing, and field operations. Since 2017, I have been working as a Production and Manufacturing Supervisor at McLeod Russel India Ltd, Nya Gogra Tea Estate, Assam. I have successfully managed a large workforce of: - 500+ workers in tea pl
