Once you start scrolling, you see new videos come out. “Just one more video before sleep”, you thought to yourself, but you cannot put down the phone, you’re craving for new content, …until it is 2:00am. Sounds familiar? We’ve all experienced it, sometimes daily. Today, I want to show you the psychology behind this and the real
