Imagine you come back home from school or work. Exhausted, you lay down on the bed, trying to sleep. But you decide to check out a few reels on Instagram before sleeping. Once you start scrolling, you see new videos come out. “Just one more video before sleep”, you thought to yourself, but you cannot put down the phone, you’re craving for new content, …until it is 2:00am. Sounds familiar? We’ve all experienced it, sometimes daily. Today, I want to show you the psychology behind this and the real
