First, we go to the NPC. To get the Cosmic Being melee, you’ll need the Cosmic Being title, which you can get by defeating the boss. On top of that, you’ll also need 12 Cosmic Essence, 8 Star Marks, 5 Galaxy Shards, and 2 Monster Pulses—all of these can be obtained from the same boss as well.
