Megosztott hang

A unique feature of the TS 3-ten is the Non-Target Cell Bag Depletion, a 5 liter bag connected to the tubing set that hangs above valve 10. This bag is connected to the column and will collect cells during some column processing steps. At this step, all 24 valves open and the centricult unit lid unlocks to perform a final tubing set check. This is your opportunity to check proper installation of the tubing and make any adjustments to the tubing or bag hangers.
