Stop Bolting On. Start Building With. Think about how most people use AI today. They plan the project. They figure out the strategy. They do all the thinking and all the work. And then, right at the very end, they ask AI to clean up the writing, or summarise what they already decided. That approach is called bolting on. AI gets added as an afterthought, like a coat of paint on a wall that's already built. And when we do that, we miss most of what AI can actually offer. The AI-Native mindset work
