Chapter 5 ALL ALONE IN THE SKY The twins sat cross-legged on the ground and watched as the Cloud Rider sat up carefully. It didn't look as if he was used to sitting or lying on something solid. He patted the ground with his feathery, claw- like hand. "Sleeping is hard on this ground," he said, in his strange, smoky voice. "Do human children sleep on dirt?" Jay chuckled. "No way. We have beds." "What are beds?" asked the creature. "Um, kind of like thick, fluffy clouds." "What do you do when
