Today, we're going to discuss the pros and cons of cold crashing your beer. I realize that for many of you, cold crashing seems like a complete no-brainer. It's just something you automatically do as part of the brewing process. The trouble, however, is that some fermentation equipment just isn't designed to properly handle this process.
